Acceptance of Terms

By using Ridgeline Servers' hosting services, you agree to abide by these terms. These are governed by U.S. law and apply to all users and visitors.

Service Usage

You may only use our services for lawful purposes. Use must comply with the terms of the games hosted, including the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

User Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent.

Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for securing your account credentials. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

Payment and Billing

• Payment is required in advance.
• Service will not start until payment is received.
• Overdue accounts have 24 hours before suspension and 7 days before termination and data loss.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in account suspension.

Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 72 hours of activation (except for Dedicated Game Servers).
• Requests must be made via support ticket or cancellation form.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Service Availability

We aim for optimal uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Event Services

Services needed for events must be ordered 7 days in advance. We are not liable for last-minute delays.

Content and Conduct

• No hosting of illegal or harmful content.
• No interference with other users or systems.
• Users are responsible for all server content and activity.

Intellectual Property

Respect others’ rights. Do not use services to infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Data Ownership

You own your uploaded data. We may access it for support or compliance purposes only. Backups are your responsibility.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by services like PayPal or Stripe. Please review their respective terms.

Modification of Services

We reserve the right to update or discontinue services with notice through official channels.

Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for events outside our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government action.

Cancellation

• Immediate Cancellation: Deletes files and terminates service right away.
• End of Billing Period: Terminates service after the current term ends.
• Data is permanently deleted on cancellation. Please backup in advance.

Liability Limitations

• No liability for indirect damages or data loss.
• No guarantees for compatibility with third-party tools.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ridgeline Servers from any claims or liabilities related to your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Class-action lawsuits are waived.

No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

Fair Use Policy

Resource Allocation

Avoid using excessive server resources that could impact other users.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal or malicious activity (e.g., hacking, malware).
• Pirated software or unlawful digital goods.
• Spam, phishing, or fraud.

Gaming Content Policies

Follow all game-specific policies and EULAs for hosted content.

Monitoring and Reporting

We monitor servers for performance and policy compliance. Violations can be reported through support channels.

Data Security

Users are responsible for securing accounts and server data.

Compliance with Laws

All usage must comply with applicable laws.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination. We will notify users and allow time for correction when possible.
